BT 1K UV from BITUTEC is a highly elastic, UV-resistant bitumen thick coating for the reliable protection of building components in contact with the ground. Tested in accordance with DIN EN 15814 and compliant with DIN 18533, it offers optimum performance even in direct sunlight.

Processing - Efficient and safe

  1. Substrate preparation:
    • Clean, sound, free of cracks (according to DIN 18533)
    • Apply primer to absorbent substrates
  2. Application:
    • In 2 coats with a trowel or spray technique
    • Reinforcement inlay in areas at risk of cracking
  3. Drying:
    • Complete curing in 2-3 days
