2K PS Classic - Two-component polystyrene thick bitumen coating

2K PS Classic from BITUTEC is a two-component, polymer-modified bitumen thick coating (PMBC) with polystyrene. Tested in accordance with DIN EN 15814 and applicable in accordance with DIN 18533, it combines high load-bearing capacity with flexible processing and protects buildings permanently against moisture.

Processing - Efficient and safe
- Substrate:
- Prepare in accordance with DIN 18533 Part 3
- Free of edges, frost, oils and dirt
- Scratch coat recommended for concrete basements
- Mixture:
- Mix liquid and powder components thoroughly
- Stir homogeneously for at least 3 minutes
- Application:
- 2-layer system
- Reinforcement inlay for areas at risk of cracking
- Application with smoothing trowel, trowel or spraying technique
