Bitumen-free, highly flexible and extremely resilient
The 2K Reactive Waterproofing Premium from BITUTEC is a two-component, bitumen-free thick coating (FPD) that combines the advantages of flexible mineral waterproofing slurries (MDS) and bitumen thick coatings (PMBC). Tested in accordance with DIN EN 15814 and applicable in accordance with DIN 18533, it provides reliable protection against ground moisture, pressing water and water tanks up to 8 m deep.

Application - Fast and safe
- Substrate:
- Prepare in accordance with DIN 18533 Part 3
- Solid, load-bearing, free from cracks, frost, oils and contamination
- Form coving with sealing mortar (≥ 24 h before sealing)
- Scratch coat with approx. 500 g/m² recommended
- Primer for highly absorbent substrates
- Mixture:
- Stir the liquid component
- Add powder component completely
- Mix for 1 minute, allow air to escape, mix for a further 2 minutes
- Application:
- Two layers on vertical and horizontal surfaces
- Apply horizontal waterproofing in accordance with regulations
- Can be recoated after approx. 4 h
- Can be coated directly with emulsion paints
