1C PS - Lightweight polystyrene bitumen thick coating for efficient moisture protection

Innovative sealing with polystyrene technology

1K PS from BITUTEC is a single-component, polymer-modified thick bitumen coating with polystyrene for the reliable protection of building components in contact with the ground. Tested in accordance with DIN EN 15814 and compliant with DIN 18533, it combines easy application with outstanding performance.

Processing - simple and effective

  1. Substrate preparation:
    • Clean, sound, free of cracks (according to DIN 18533)
    • Apply primer to absorbent substrates
  2. Application:
    • In 2 coats with a trowel or spray technique
    • Reinforcement inlay in areas at risk of cracking
  3. Drying:
    • Complete curing in 2-3 days
